can u do a yoga for pppd?
I was coming into today’s practice a bit drained honestly and I worried pushing myself would be bad today. I was met with a tough program but it was exciting and I feel so much energy in this practice. It’s truly incredible. Thank you for giving me a little pep in my step today- with great appreciation :)

Why do they always use flat chested skinny models for yoga?
If I was born in any other country I would not have heard of yoga. I wish it was like that.
Americans have heard of yoga. In America it is very popular. India is the land of yoga so yoga is popular here. So I wish I was born in say Slovenia so that I wouldn't have heard about it.
I have no idea how to do that last pose. I cannot get my shoulders down like you're doing.

One thing I find EXTREMELY discouraging about yoga is hearing things like "draw up energy from the pelvis" and "breath into the neck and shoulders." I have no guesses as to what any of that means.

I would love to learn crow, but my arms and armpits hurt so much when I press my knees into them. Does anyone have this problem and ideas on what to do about it?
